Hannah Swann is an independent Americana artist whose music blends soul of Texas and the spirit of Nashville. A voice inspired by the vulnerability of Patty Griffin, the grit of Bonnie Raitt and the emotional depth of Susan Tedeschi. Hannah’s songs tell stories rooted in heartache, hope, and the spaces between. Born and raised in Texas, Hannah’s journey began with the release of her first single, “Hometown,” which she performed at the prestigious Americana Jam Festival with Jack Ingram in 2016 at the iconic Gruene Hall.
