How do I use my gift card? To use their gift cards, customers can follow these steps: 1. Purchase a Gift Card: Customers can buy gift cards from your site's gift card page, selecting an amount and entering recipient details. 2. Receive the Gift Card: The recipient receives an email with a unique gift card code. 3. Redeem at Checkout: When making a purchase, the recipient selects Redeem a gift card at checkout and enters the gift card code. 4. Pay Remaining Balance: If the purchase exceeds the gift card value, the customer can pay the remaining amount using other payment methods. 5. Use Remaining Balance: Any unused balance can be applied to future purchases.
Where is my gift card? Your gift card will be emailed to you with a code to use at check out. Check your spam folder. If you can't find it, email me at hilary@redbirdlisteningroom.com and I'll resend it to you.
